- Added Blank Scroll to re-add bound scroll functionality
- Added defaultVisibility option that can be set to "GLOBAL" to have newly placed and found waystones start out as global (default: ACTIVATION)
- Added /waystones activate <targets> <pos> and /waystones forget <targets> <pos|all> commands
- Added display of reason why editing is disabled to waystone edit screen
- Changed wild waystone spawns to use waystones:has_structure/*_waystone tags to allow for more control
- Fixed shift-clicking to sort a waystone to front or back not being saved
- Technical: Added "Transient" state to waystones that indicates whether the waystone was picked up with silk touch and is in an unknown state of existence

Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not.
