Changed up the spawning conditions for some of the legends to make them less of a hassle to obtain

Yveltal - Spawns in Spooky Biomes at night - no base/nearby blocks needed anymore

Xerneas - Spawns in Flower Forest during the day and sunny at max 150 Y level- no base/nearby blocks needed anymore

Rayquaza- Spawns in Sunflower Plains during the day and sunny- no base/nearby blocks needed anymore
