Adds Victini (what else is there to say haha)

• Includes animations like ground/battle idle, walking, sleeping
• Includes quirks like blinking, tail wiggle and a victory pose
• Gives Luck V effect when shoulder-mounted
• Added multiple spawns with modifiers
