HigherEnchants
This datapack increases the maximum levels of almost all enchantments, and adds/modifies features to a decent amount of them, as well as changing some enchantment compatability. Librarians have been changed to sell books enchanted with levels rather than enchanted randomly (they'd be too overpowered otherwise), with Master Librarians unlocking 3 of 9 specific "precious" enchantments each. Enchantments
Melee
- Smite - 6, now compatible with Sharpness and Tridents, gives slowness to smite mobs like BOA
- Bane Of Arthropods - 6, now compatible with Sharpness and Tridents
- Impaling - 6, now compatible with Sharpness and Swords, increased dmg to mobs in water
- Sharpness - 10, now compatible with all other secondary dmg enchants, compatible with Tridents and Maces, dmg heavily buffed (up to +9)
- Density - 10, incompatible with Breach, Sharpness and secondary dmg enchants
- Lunge - 5, partially affects vertical momentum as well, no longer triggers when sneaking
- Breach - 6, now compatible with Sharpness and secondary dmg enchants
- Knockback - 5, yeets things up to 3 blocks vertically
- Looting - 7, now multiplies rare drop chances up to 4x instead of adding up to 3% chance
- Sweeping Edge - 5
- Fire Aspect - 4, no longer compatible with maces
- Wind Burst - 5, no longer triggers when sneaking
- Channeling - 3, explodes for up to ~40 dmg, works without thunder if user is in water
- Loyalty - 4
- Riptide - 5
Armour
- Blast Protection - 6, now compatible with Protection
- Fire Protection - 6, now compatible with Protection, protects against magic dmg
- Projectile Protection - 6, now compatible with Protection, protects against Mace/spear dmg
- Feather Falling - 6, increases safe fall height
- Protection - 10, now compatible with all other types of Protection, now gives up to +6 armour bars and +4 toughness

- Aqua Affinity - 3
- Respiration - 4
- Swift Sneak - 5, sneak at up to 90% walk speed
- Depth Strider - 5, makes you even faster specifically when swimming, now incompatible with soul speed
- Frost Walker - 5, makes you fast on all ice like Soul Speed, trigger condition more lenient, now incompatible with soul speed
- Soul Speed - 5, no longer works in water, now incompatible with depth strider and frost walker

- Efficiency - 10, now partially increases wrong-tool mining speed as well

Common
- Unbreaking - 10
- Mending - 10, lower levels heavily nerfed (quadratic scaling from 5% vanilla at lvl 1 to 150% vanilla at lvl 10), now compatible with Infinity
Librarians
- Lvl 1-2: trade "common" enchants and curses (All enchants in the Enchanting table except those listed in Lvl 5)
- Lvl 3-4: trade all enchantments in the enchanting table (no curses)
- Lvl 5: trades 3 of the following (density, efficiency, fortune, looting, mending, power, protection, sharpness, unbreaking)
Dependencies
Using NoExpensive is highly recommended to bypass the 39 level cap. As prior work penalty can cause enchantment costs to skyrocket, adding other ways to get xp or using xpStream to bypass the xp absorption cap is also highly recommended.
