ð Description
Nice Keep Inventory changes how the keep_inventory game rule works: when you die, you only keep part of your inventory. Important items like armor and tools stay with you, which makes for a fair compromise between losing all your stuff and keeping everything.
On top of that, the data pack comes with customizable Player Graves and three new enchantments: Safekeep, Deathlock and Gravehold.
ð Content Overview (Wiki)
Want to know which items you keep or how the graves and enchantments work? It's all in our Wiki:
- ð Death Penalties: partial item loss, player head drops, experience loss and equipment damage, all adjustable
- ðŠĶ Graves: your dropped items are stored safely at the last safe spot before you died
- âĻ Enchantments: Safekeep (keep everything at the cost of durability), Deathlock (only you can loot your items) and Gravehold (your items last twice as long)
- âïļ Administration: an in-game config menu (
/function keep_inventory), including restoring a player's inventory

This data pack also works as the required resource pack for its translations. Just put the same file into your resourcepacks folder and enable it in game.
(Not needed for the auto-converted mod versions in Single-Player.)
PaperMC users: set the paper.maxChatCommandInputSize property to a value between 512 and 1024 (see the PaperMC Docs).
