1.7.1+mod
Compatibility
Changes
This update should be compatible with worlds using version 1.7, and is intended to address some undesirable play patterns, specifically with regards to killing Dragons without destroying many/any End Crystals. As always, a backup is still recommended before updating.
Dragons:
- All Dragons regenerate health more quickly while End Crystals are still present (even if the End Crystal beam is not pointing to it). The amount gained increases based on the Dragon's difficulty level.
Rewards:
- Nerfed the Dragon-Sinew Crossbow.
- Reduced Durability to 150 (from 464)
- Now deals the intended amount of damage (it was dealing more than intended due to some overlapping of damage commands and the enchanted arrow, itself)
- Made the damage not increase if the player has the Strength effect. This has the additional side-effect of requiring more accuracy to hit the Dragon
- Can no longer hurt Dragons while perched
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
