Better Combat x Fantasy Weapons Compatibility

There is no proper datapack compatibility for Fantasy Weapons for Better Combat that goes through ALL weapons in the mod. The ones existing had missing stuff, so I had to make my own.

Feel free to use in modpacks hosted only in Modrinth and/or Curseforge.
