3D Skellies

Makes vanilla Skeletons, Skeleton Horses, and Wither Skeletons 3D!!

Still a work in progress, expect Strays and Bogged coming later! (I might even work on skeletons from other mods/resource packs if there's enough demand)

I've only tested this resource pack with 1.21.4 so if you test it with a different version please let me know on discord if it works or breaks on your version! That way I can fix bugs and add more versions to the description. Thank you so much!
