Accurate Terracotta Color Names

Minecraft's names for the colors of terracotta are quite far off from the actual percieved color of the textures of the block. This is to preserve parity with the other colored blocks in the game.

This resource packs changes the en_us language .json to rename colored terracotta to be more accurate anyway.
