Changes the size of blocks in the new shelf block to better reflect how they are on the bedrock version, and allow for better building.

By default, every block's model has a "fixed" scale of 0.5, this means blocks in Item Frames and Shelves are half the size of standard items. This pack fixes that, making sizes much more consistent.

Banners are also changed so you can make cool signs or other decorations with them.
