Blue Lava Pack in 1.21.5!

This version is made for 1.21.5 and is now actually using a blue lava texture, aswell as fire and torches

• fire and torches are blue aswell now

(torches are stationary yet but it will be fixed at some point, same as fire particles being orange still)

changed the lava textures to look like water
