Q: What Minecraft versions is this resource pack compatible with?

A: This resource pack should be compatible with Java Minecraft versions 1.17 and up, and does NOT require Optifine. If you are playing in a version below 1.20, you can safely ignore the "made for a new version of Minecraft" warning (unless you're playing on a version below 1.17 of course).

Q: What is your backstory behind making this resource pack?

A: When excavating amethyst geodes, I've always struggled with distingushing regular amethyst from budding amethyst, often resulting budding amethyst accidentally being broken. Thus, I made this pack to help myself and many others to help distinguish budding amethyst from regular amethyst, while still keeping the vanilla feel of budding amethyst without completely ruining the texture :)
