Adds Catears to all armor types

The resourcepack adds Carears to the actual items and to the armor models.

Renaming

This version doesnt support renaming, because vanilla minecraft does not have this functionality.

You can use the version that supports renamnig.This will show the new catears only on renamed Helmets.
