Resource pack that applies rule 63 to regular vanilla cows, replacing them with anthro female cows (cowgirls, literally) 
Works for 1.19.2+ and higher
In the game, her name was also changed from an ordinary cow to a cowgirl. Also, this pack plans to be update in the future if you like it.
