Cubic Leaves
- Leaves now have a simple new bushy look while keeping things blocky!
- Unique designs for some of the different types of leaves.
- Designed with performance in mind; the performance hit shouldn't be nearly as bad as other similar resource packs!
Resource pack editions:
‒ Cubic Leaves (performance)
Very fast; Incompatible with other resource packs. (that change leaf textures)
Listed under: • release versions
‒ Cubic Leaves (resource pack compatible)
Slower; Compatible with any resource pack. (that change leaf textures)
Listed under: • beta versions
It's highly recommended to install both Sodium and More Culling:
‒ Sodium fixes Minecraft's Ambient Occlusion; without it, leaves will be incorrectly shaded, and appear too dark.
‒ More Culling increases performace massively when using these types of resource packs. For best results,
go to: Options > Video Settings > More Culling, and set "Leaves Culling" to the Check Surroundings culling type.
How to fix odd shading with Complementary shaders:
‒ Head to: Options > Video Settings > Shader Packs > Complementary > Shader Pack Settings > Performance Settings,
then finally, set "Real-Time Shadows" to High.
Supported mods:
‒ The Aether
‒ Biomes O' Plenty
‒ Cobblemon
‒ Frights and Foliage
‒ Oh The Biomes We've Gone
‒ Paradise Lost
‒ More to come!
Planned Features
