ecuBP 32x — textures for Backpacked

ecuBP is an original texture pack for Backpacked, MrCrayfish's cosmetic backpack mod. Waxed canvas, tooled leather, bamboo weave, brushed steel — every skin redrawn from scratch.

You need the Backpacked mod itself. This is a texture pack, not the mod. Backpacked is not published on Modrinth — get it from mrcrayfish.com or CurseForge first, then add this pack.

This is the free 32x edition: twice Backpacked's own texture density, light on any machine, no shaders needed.

What's inside

  • Every backpack skin — standard, classic, wandering bag, piglin pack, bamboo basket, mini chest, cardboard box, trash can, honey jar, turtle shell, sheep plush, crystal, cogwheel and rocket
  • The backpack screen and the inventory icon, so the pack is finished where you actually look at it
  • The same set as the 256x edition, at a lighter resolution

Every texture is original artwork made for this pack. None of Backpacked's own textures are included, upscaled or traced.

How to install

  1. Install Backpacked for Forge 1.20.1 first.
  2. Download the zip from the Versions tab. Keep it zipped.
  3. In Minecraft: Options → Resource Packs → Open Pack Folder and drop the zip in.
  4. Move ecuBP to the top of the Selected list and click Done.

ecuBP is also available in 256x with full LabPBR maps — normal and specular — so stitching, buckles and worn leather grain catch real light under a shader, and metal hardware reads as metal.

The 256x edition and every update to it are available to supporters on Patreon, together with the rest of the ecuSKINs line — one pack per mod.

Backpacked is by MrCrayfish, licensed LGPL-2.1. This pack was built and checked against Backpacked 2.2.5, and its licence verified against the mod's own source and its jar on 2026-09-22. This pack is not affiliated with or endorsed by the mod's authors.
