Etsan's Better Hotbar 26.2

This pack only changes the hotbar and nothing else, this is merely an addon pack to the base game. This is 100% complete unless I feel that there needs to be a change or an addition to better improve the hotbar and I am open to suggestions :) 26.1 ready!
