Even shorter grass

I thought that the 'short grass' resource packs were too tall. So I made them even shorter.

Known issue: Sometimes the greass isn't visible but it's hitbox is still there. This is because minecraft randomly places the grass anywhere on the grass block. So there is no fix for that
