Fake netherite cyan terracotta

Turns an unused block (cyan glazed terracotta) into netherite, perfect for server owners and members to make cool stashes or bases without it being expensive. It's meant to be a server texture pack so that that way nobody can see it's fake until it's mined.

Also renames it to fake netherite.
