Fantasy 3D Tools
Medieval and fantasy equipment, rebuilt in 3D for Minecraft.
Turn your inventory into a small traveling armory. Fantasy 3D Tools combines medieval silhouettes, epic fantasy details and inspiration from The Lord of the Rings with Minecraft's blocky style. Each material has its own palette, matching grips and carefully shaped blades and tool heads.
This is a visual resource pack: item stats and crafting recipes remain unchanged. Your wooden sword may look ready for an adventure, but challenging a Balrog with it is still a questionable plan.

Included in v1
42 models across seven materials: Wood, Stone, Copper, Iron, Gold, Diamond and Netherite.
Each material includes a sword, axe, pickaxe, spear, shovel and hoe. Metal highlights, leather wraps, checked grips and small ornaments give each set a consistent look.
Also included:
- Bow and crossbow, with their draw and loading model states.
- Regular, spectral and tipped arrows.
- Trident, with a fantasy-inspired design.
- Mace, with a dark medieval style.
- Fishing rod.
The pack includes detailed 3D models in your hand and inventory, centered inventory and hotbar icons, and sword grips adjusted for first- and third-person views. Held items use the same models when carried by mobs.
Small Easter eggs and notes from the forge are tucked inside the pack's files. No extra activation needed—just an adventurer's curiosity.
The vanilla enchantment glint stays unchanged. A special animated enchantment effect will be released as a separate pack.
Installation
This v1 targets Minecraft Java 26.3.
- Place the Fantasy 3D Tools ZIP in your resourcepacks folder.
- Enable it under Options → Resource Packs.
- Disable older versions of this pack to avoid overlapping models.
Held and inventory item models use Minecraft's native model system. Shaders are optional.
For custom arrow and trident geometry in flight, install a compatible version of Entity Model Features (EMF). Without EMF, projectile geometry stays vanilla.
Compatibility and v1 details
The gallery screenshots were captured in Minecraft Java 26.3 with Complementary Reimagined. The rotating previews above are renders of the original models.
Tipped arrow icons use the potion color. Arrows loaded in the bow or crossbow have a neutral tip; vanilla particles indicate potion effects in flight. Spectral arrows have a gold-colored tip.
The fishing rod was aligned to the line origin in a stationary first-person 16:9 view. Casting, swinging, other aspect ratios and third-person views can still shift the line because its origin is controlled by the game client.
The shield keeps its vanilla appearance in this release. Packs or animation mods that replace the same models or change hand poses can affect the result; adjust resource pack priority if needed.
Complete the collection
Pair these tools with Fantasy 3D Armors for matching medieval and fantasy armor.
The two packs are separate: use both together or install either one independently. Equipped 3D armor in the companion pack requires EMF and ETF.
Created by Saipzzz. An unofficial fan project inspired by medieval fantasy and The Lord of the Rings.
The Shire asked for a shovel. Mordor asked for everything in black. The forge found a compromise.
