Fish-Free Pistons

Makes pistons quieter and improves their sound. The push sound now has a hiss of air, and the pull sound has a quiet clank.

The sound still gets muddy when multiple pistons fire at once. I'm not sure that can be fixed with a resource pack.

Future updates could include other new sounds for redstone devices. Unfortunately, I can't give sticky pistons a goopier sound effect since they use the same sounds.json event as regular pistons.

This can be used with my other resource pack, Very Sticky Pistons.

(The name is technically outdated as of 24w21a, when the fish sounds were reverted.)
