Glowing Items adds a colored outline to various items which gives enchanted items a cool enchantment effect and other items, which look like they should be exuding some sort of aura, a colorful outline to help bring that visual to life

(Note: the Shade tag in item models is kinda broken so unfortunately you will see shadows on the glow outlines. Here's to hoping Mojang fixes it)
