Changed pack icon

This pack is now for 1.21.5 and only for tools, armor, and other utility items.
There are now a total of 16 custom tools.
Fortune and Silk Touch for both diamond and netherite.

How to use:

Use the following icons on each side of the enchant name.
Example: ⛏️ Fortune ⛏️
You can use "Fortune" or "Silk Touch" in between icons.
Capitalization matters.
