Heart Tweaks

Heart Tweaks is a resource pack aiming to revamp the heart textures in Minecraft for a better player experience. I made this after dying in the nether after not being able to tell the difference between empty hearts and wither hearts. This pack should fix the wither heart problem and any other issues with the heart textures. Enjoy!
