End To Ender

I never understood why it was "the end portal" or "end stone" while we also have "EndERmen" "EndER chests" and "EndERmites" so i changed some stuff to make it more consistent. Anything that originates from the end has been changed to "Ender"

End To Ender literally just replaces most things which have "End" to make 'em "Ender" for consistency. Currently, this is for American English, though I might upload multiple versions !
