Homogeneous Dirt

Slightly tweaked the dirt texture.

• I plan on fixing the Dirt UI elements and restoring the classic dirt loading screen for newer versions of Minecraft (as a sperate pack).
• I also plan on making a cut-down version of this pack for older versions of Minecraft; like 1.8 or 1.12.2, etc.

Updated resource pack name and icon!

• The name changed from Homogeneous Soil to Homogeneous Dirt, and the icon went from a grass block to a dirt block.
