hoplite smelter's pickaxe

Turns the humble iron pick into the Smelter's pick from hoplite (autosmelt not included with pack).

No need to rename, it turns all iron picks into smelter ones.

If you'd like a rename-only pack, message me on my discord and i'll make it happen :)
