Yes! You are completely free to include this pack in your public modpacks, projects, or videos, and you are allowed to earn creator rewards/monetization from them. However, you must credit me (hvn) and you cannot modify the textures.

Does this work with OptiFine or Iris/Oculus?
Yes, it works perfectly fine with vanilla Minecraft, OptiFine, and Iris/Oculus since it only updates the core UI texture.
