Playing CPVP or grinding your singleplayer hardcore world, are you sometimes too locked in?

I am, and I often forget to drink my water and I end up with a headache after a long grinding session. From my extensive research, many of my friends experience the same issue. I made this resource pack so that every time your totem pops, you are reminded to drink water :)
