Updated to 1.21 (Support is now being moved to Fabric, please read description for required mods)

• Remade deepslate CTM (All deepslate ore CTMs added too)
• Added new large fern model

• Added new amethyst/budding CTM + normal/specular maps
• Added new green terracotta CTM (remaining to come soon)
• Added new sculk block model (12 multiparts)
• Added new sculk CTM texture + normal/specular maps
• Removed sculk overlay (now handled through model trick due to mapping issues)
