If you're wondering what Omega means, its just my version of saying this is the major update.
First of all, this version will support 1.21 and up, as it includes resource pack formats from 34 onwards, which means I won't have to update the pack format number anymore (unless a bug occurs).
I added support for Arabic, Russian, Gujarati, and Hindi, and finally restored Chinese, Japanese, and Italian.
I updated the pack.png profile.
Other than if bugs pop up, I will only be updating languages from now on.

I uploaded an additional version with 5 new splash texts. You'll have to find out what they are (or just check splashes.txt if you're boring)
