Summary

In Minecraft, enchants usually go up to 5, but with commands you can go much further. However, roman numerals will only display for enchantments up to 10 for no reason. What should be Sharpness XXX (30) is just the ugly:

"Sharpness enchantment.level.30"

So I fixed it for all enchant levels up to 255, and I did it for potion potencies too. I even added 0 as N for no reason.
