This is a Kintetsu-style PIDS designed specifically for the JCM PIDS of the MTR mod. It perfectly replicates the Japanese station signage style, featuring bilingual Chinese-English rotation, multi-line stop displays, and an intelligent adaptive layout that prevents text overflow.

Type Color Configuration The script automatically matches train types and badge colors based on keywords in the MTR route name. Some keywords (like "Ltd. Exp") take higher priority than others. 特急 (Ltd. Exp): Red 0xE53935 新快速 (Special Rapid): Purple 0x8E24AA 快特 (Rapid Exp): Green 0x43A047 特快 / 急行 (Express): Purple 0x8E24AA 快速 (Rapid): Blue 0x2196F3 普通 / 各站 / Local: Gray 0x9E9E9E (If the route number/name is empty, it defaults to "Local" with a gray badge.) Unknown Types: Defaults to Gray 0x9E9E9E.

Usage Instructions

  1. File Installation: Place the pids_script.js file into your resource pack's assets/jrpids/jsblock/scripts/ directory and configure the path correctly in your joban_custom_resources.json.
  2. Bilingual Setup: When entering route names or destinations in the MTR mod, please use the format Chinese|English (e.g., 特急|Ltd. Exp or 兰卡斯特|Lancaster). The script will automatically detect the text on both sides of the vertical bar and rotate between Chinese and English every 4 seconds.
  3. Stop Display: If the train is Local (普通/各站), the second row will display Stops: All stations (停靠站: 各站). For other train types, the script will automatically read the upcoming platform names along the route and display them continuously (up to 3 lines with auto-wrapping).
  4. Adaptive Layout: No matter how long the station names or English destinations are, the system will automatically calculate the width and scale the font size to ensure the text never overlaps and never exceeds the screen boundaries.
