Gold Ingot --> Mustard Bottle

And any other mentions of Gold (Mustard Helmet, Mustard Sword, etc.)

This also changes:

End Text (When you beat the game)

Post Credits (I have no clue what this is but I changed it)

Lava (and any mentions of it in text)
