Changes

Updated to latest pack format. All particle effect changes have been removed from this pack and will now be found in MxSxC1NoParticles2. If you have older version, no issues. If you have version 100+ and want to remove particles you will need to use MxSxC1NoParticles2 as well.

This is to split out and allow for better overrides for removed particles and flexibility, not to be a pain...
