No Bedrock Leaking
No Bedrock Leaking is a simple, vanilla-style resource pack that replaces the Bedrock texture with a Deepslate-inspired alternative β so exposed Bedrock no longer stands out in caves, tunnels, and underground builds.
Most players use this pack to protect their base location on multiplayer servers. If someone sees your screen β or watches your livestream β exposed vanilla Bedrock is an instant giveaway that tells them exactly where the world floor is, and helps them hunt down your base. This pack removes that risk entirely.
If you enjoy using it, a follow or share is always appreciated!
β¨ Features
- πͺ¨ Bedrock retextured to blend in with Deepslate
- π¨ Fully vanilla-style β no flashy or stylized look, just consistency
- π² 16Γ16 resolution for a classic Minecraft feel
- βοΈ More natural underground areas β caves and tunnels look cohesive
- π« Eliminates the visual contrast of exposed Bedrock layers
- β‘ Lightweight β only changes one texture, zero performance impact
- π‘οΈ Hides your base depth β prevents others from spotting Bedrock on your stream or screen
π‘ Why Use It?
Vanilla Minecraft's Bedrock texture is bright, distinctive, and hard to ignore β especially when it pokes through Deepslate layers in deep caves or exposed underground areas.
If you want your underground world to look clean and consistent, or simply don't like the visual interruption Bedrock causes, this pack is made for you.
It is especially useful for:
- Multiplayer & servers β hide your base depth from enemies and griefers
- Streamers & content creators β viewers can't spot Bedrock on your livestream
- Building β underground structures and bases look much cleaner
- Mining & survival β no more visual noise at the world floor
- Screenshots & cinematics β exposed Bedrock won't ruin your shots
π‘οΈ The Main Reason β Protect Your Base Location
The #1 reason most players use this pack is base security on multiplayer servers.
Here's the problem: vanilla Bedrock has a completely unique, instantly recognizable texture. If your underground base is built near the world floor and exposed Bedrock is visible anywhere nearby, it is a dead giveaway. Anyone who sees it β whether they stumble across it in-game, or spot it in the background while watching your livestream β will immediately know they are close to the bottom of the world. From there, it becomes much easier to locate and raid your base.
This is especially dangerous when streaming or recording, because:
- Viewers watching live can see Bedrock in the background and use it to find your exact depth
- Clips and VODs can be rewatched frame by frame to look for location details
- Even a brief glimpse of vanilla Bedrock on screen can reveal more than you think
With this pack installed, Bedrock looks identical to Deepslate. No one can tell where your base is just by looking at your stream.
π No exposed Bedrock = no easy giveaway. Keep your base hidden.
π₯ Installation
No mod loader needed β works like any standard resource pack.
- Download the
.zipfile from the Versions tab - In Minecraft, go to Options β Resource Packs
- Click Open Pack Folder and drop the
.zipfile inside - Move No Bedrock Leaking to the active column and hit Done
Tip: If you use multiple resource packs, place this one at the top of the list so it takes priority over other packs that modify block textures.
