So, I figured out that you can just put multiple versions.
I don't know why it was so hard to find info about it online though. It only allows versions 1.20.2 on up to the latest release as of now, which is 1.21.8, so if you are having any issues with those versions, yell at me.
I tested 1.20.2 and 1.21.8, and it seemed to work for them, and I'm not going to test between because nothing has changed in the pack.metadata file since 1.20.2...
There is a change in 25w31a that might affect 1.21.9, if you want to read about that, here's the link for that.
I'm just gonna trust the minecraft wiki for this one. no testing needed. If I did mess up, find a way to yell at me.
