No Particles Java

This texture prevents any type of particles from being rendered at the same time that it prevents the particles from being drawn, so basically with this texture you can gain much more performance depending on your device or depending on the area you are in Minecraft, for example on a farm.

For now the texture only works in versions above 1.18, but as this texture is extremely simple I probably won't need to update it to recent versions any time soon, but for versions 1.17.1 and below I'll find a way.
