🟩 Pocket Green

The whole game in four shades of green.

Pocket Green turns Minecraft into a classic handheld game. Every block, item, mob, particle and HUD element is redrawn in the same four-color green palette, like playing on an old pocket console with a dot-matrix screen.

✨ What's included

• 3,400+ textures in the four-shade palette
• Blocks: each block keeps its own brightness, so dark blocks stay dark, bright blocks stay bright, and builds stay readable
• Items & HUD: high-contrast icons with crisp outlines for hotbar, hearts, hunger, XP bar, inventory and menus
• Mobs, particles, paintings, sun, moon & clouds are recolored too
• Grass and leaves are no longer tinted by biome, so the greens stay perfectly on-palette

🌤️ Optional: Pocket Green Sky (data pack)

Resource packs can't change the sky, fog or water color, so there's a small optional data pack for that:

• Green sky and fog
• Water that matches the palette
• Matching clouds

Add Pocket-Green-Sky-Datapack to your world's datapacks folder, or select it under More → Data Packs when you create a new world. The sky data pack is for 1.21.11.

🧩 Compatibility

• Minecraft 1.21.5 – 1.21.11 (Java Edition). Sky data pack: 1.21.11.
• Works with vanilla, Fabric, Quilt, NeoForge, Forge, Sodium, Iris and OptiFine
• Only textures are changed: no models, no shaders, no performance cost

Good to know: a few things are colored by the game itself rather than by textures, such as spruce and birch leaves, redstone dust and leather armor. These still show a slight tint on top of the palette.

📦 Installation

1. Download the .zip (don't unzip it).
2. Options → Resource Packs → Open Pack Folder, drop the file in.
3. Move Pocket Green to the right-hand column and click Done.
4. (Optional) add the Sky data pack to your world.
