Programmer Art Updated

Stemming from my personal dissatisfaction with Mojang's handling of the "Programmer Art" resource pack, and my personal dislike of quite a few of Minecraft's old textures, the goal of this pack is to give "old" textures to blocks that never had them, whilst also updating textures that haven't held up as well over the years. The designs of certain blocks (meaning not just the texture but the underlying design) have also been changed and adapted to fit the feel and look of Minecraft's old artstyle. The project started as a small personal endeavor, originally only meant to replace the old mossy cobblestone and old netherrack texture, but has since grown into a passion project with the goal of bringing back a part of Minecraft's identity that it lost after the texture update.
