The Diamond Armor texture changed (it became more smoothed), the Netherite Armor texture changed, the Diamond and Netherite Sword textures changed. Golden Apples simply became dark yellow, the End Crystal texture changed, and the textures for the Totem of Undying and Potion did not change. The Ender Pearl changed (you can see this in the gallery).
