DESCRIPTION.

Are you bored of that non-impact plush-like vanilla sounds when you hit something? If yes - I have a good news for you!

Sound is very important part of immersion in every game and Minecraft definitely that kind of game, where sound can do a lot for your imagination due to the lack of realistic graphics. Anyway, thanks to Mojang and community for the opportunity of easy modding!

I changed all hit sounds to the more realistic, gore and high-quality variants to provide brutal and epic feelings during your fights but with keeping Minecraft's logic and simple style. I took and resampled sounds from Soundmorph's sample-pack called "Gore" by AAA Game Sound Designer Michael Leaning.

  • Changes -

Player: • Sword sweep (7 variations) • Knockback (4 variations) • Crit attack (3 variations) • Weak attack (4 variations) • Strong attack (6 variations)

Bow and crossbow: • Bow and crossbow hits (4 variations)

Shield: • Block sound (5 variations)

Trident: • Ground impact (4 variations) • Pierce (3 variations) • Return (2 variations) • Throw (2 variations)

COMPABILITY:

I strongly recommend you to try this soundpack with these mods to bring Minecraft fighting experience to the next-level!

• Better Combat

  • Animations and sounds of these mod layer extremely well with Realistic Combat Soundpack, so it feels more complete at this point now. Swooshes and swings of new weapons create very smooth transitions for the hits, so informally you can consider my soundpack as addon to it.

• Physics Mod

  • Ragdoll mob physics makes everything all the way better, also it can make 3D blood particles, if you will install FunkyToc's Dimension GoreMod Datapack.

• Dynamic Surroundings

  • This mod adds realistic tool and weapon sounds to hotbar, so they are mix very well with the all concept behind.

This soundpack is very simple but it goes perfectly with combination of other fighting, RPG or sound mods.

Please, leave your thoughts about it in the comment section!

Enjoy! :)
