Colored water particles doesnt work for 26.2 (IM SORRY, you can use Subtle Effects instead)
This resourcepack changes some Shine textures to be pixelated (rays, mist, wind gusts, etc.), fixes some texture inconsistency and makes water particles change their color depending on biome. It is intended to be used with custom preset that you can download in discord (link)
I also recommend using refined torches for better experience.
