1.3.0-alpha1.0 Release Notes:

MODEL Updates:

• Added a conditional model definition override for Enchanted Books that picks a texture for an enchanted book based on a hierarchy. (This results into missing textures for all enchanted books but their textures are on the way)
• Added rgt json models for every single enchantment and their tiers.

SPRITE Updates:

• Added new sprites for the following enchanted books:
