Add depth to blocks without cubes

Does this by using planes in smart ways.

In sugarcane each cane is it's own cross section.

In ladders and rails 2 planes are used to separate them and add depth to each part of the block.

The cubes work by using a second layer on top or like in bookshelves a new layer inside.

The pack also features a shader that allows a lot of this to be possible far easier, it also features a base model for future blocks to be added, if you are interested in making more blocks feel free to poke around, just that if you do anything and plan to post it give credit please :D

She does really really awesome shader stuff, that I even recommend playing with if you like this pack.
