Trans Flag hearts in Survival

Simply replaces Hearts and Hardcore hearts with a trans flag - nothing else

Other packs that I've seen shade the hearts like in vanilla but I thought it looked nicer with just the flag :3 (and the little shiny dot thing in the top left)
