Splash Bottle o' Enchanting

The regular, vanilla bottles of enchanting are splash potions because when you right click them, it throws a bottle that splashes xp on the floor instead of drinking it like the texture would imply. This texture pack aims to fix it by changing the texture to look more like a splash potion.
