spook's tweaks v1.7.2 for 25w45a

Changes since v1.7.1:

• Added new textures for netherite horse armor model and item to match other netherite's desaturated, darker tones
• Added new main menu panorama matching vanilla's seed and mob positions, but with spook's tweaks and Complementary Shaders applied
• Removed all custom dye item textures, since they're visually distinguished in vanilla now
• Recolored vanilla green/lime dye's item textures again, for color palette matching
• Edited camel saddle texture to match pack's other brown saddles
• Changed camel husk, skeleton horse, and zombie horse saddle textures to be slightly more faded/darker than regular saddles
• Fixed bug where horse armor models' names hadn't been updated, and as a result their vanilla textures showed instead when put on a horse
• Updated pack info and icon to heyimspook instead of Psora
