Moved down Elder guardian healthbar, ocean monument has litle space in its rooms and it don't was let healthbars be visible
Fog now works on healthbar with any colors

Added support for Camels and Sniffers
Fixed Fog (now it overlays mobs textures), this also fixed blindness effect, now you can't see mobs when you have it
