ONLY WORKS WITH 1.10 AND ABOVE. I HAVE NOT TESTED 1.9.9 AND IT I DO NOT NEED TO

Why only 1.10 and above?

They changed the names of files and it is way too case specific to be applicable to 1.9.7. On another note, you can't mute it through friendly creature sounds. Another legacy W.
